Complaints procedure

If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, please tell us and we'll work to put it right. The full complaints procedure is available on request, and unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Isle of Man Financial Services Ombudsman.

Our most recent audited accounts and the annual report tabled at the AGM are available on request or by email — we share the same documents members vote on at the AGM each year.

Regulatory questions go straight to the office.

We'd rather you got the current answer from a real person than a stale page on a website. For anything regulatory — current APRs, the dividend rate, sight of the audited accounts, complaint handling — please email or ring us and we'll come back with the right document.
